DNS comparison

When the answers differ

After a DNS change, resolvers keep the old answer until its lifetime runs out. For a while some of them return the new records and some the old ones, which is why a moved site works for one person and not for the next. Records marked as different here are usually in that state.

Different A or AAAA records are not always a sign of trouble: large sites hand out different addresses on purpose, by region or simply in turn. Our locations are all in Europe at present, so this comparison does not show what resolvers on other continents see.
